Finding the right spot
First we look at your place: how many people come through, where there’s power, and where a machine can sit without blocking a hallway or a door. We agree on the machine and how it gets installed before we deliver anything.
Picking what goes in it
We put together a mix of snacks, bars and drinks your people will buy. What we stock and what it costs depends on your location and the machine.
Restocking and repairs
Once it’s in, we keep it stocked and fix it when something goes wrong. Before we start, we agree on when we can get in, how often we come by, and how you let us know about a problem.

Before anything is installed, you get a written proposal with the machine, who does what, any fees or commissions, and how long the agreement lasts.
One thing on drinks: the Evoke Snack 6 you see on this site is a snack machine, not a cold-drink machine. If you want cold drinks too, we’ll put that in your proposal.

What is managed vending?
We place a vending machine at your location and take care of it, including restocking and repairs. You don’t buy the machine or run it.
What do I need for a vending machine?
A spot with a regular outlet nearby, enough room for the machine and its door to open, and a clear path to bring it in.
Can I choose what goes in it?
Yes. Tell us what your people like, and we’ll build the lineup around it.
