CLEAR BEFORE WE START
Good service starts
with clear terms.
A simple guide to how a JVS vending arrangement is documented. Your signed location agreement or equipment sales quote sets the terms for your specific arrangement.
Proposed service framework for this website concept. JVS and the location agree the commercial terms in writing before service begins.
1. Placement & access
The written agreement identifies the location, equipment, equipment owner, installation responsibilities, and permitted placement. It also confirms safe, accessible placement, required power, site permissions, and any site preparation costs. The site assessment considers usable floor space, access to controls and product retrieval, and required equipment clearances.
Equipment must not be moved, altered, or serviced by others without the owner’s permission. Any exclusivity must be expressly agreed.
2. Products & service
For a managed placement, the agreement defines stocking, cleaning, maintenance, visit arrangements, and service contacts. Product mix, prices, and payment options are confirmed for the location; availability can change.
School selections must be reviewed against applicable nutrition rules and campus requirements. Product packaging provides ingredient and allergen information.
Report faults or failed purchases by calling (281) 830-5548. Have the location, date, amount, and issue ready. JVS reviews refund requests and explains the next step. Any agreed service targets belong in your location agreement.
3. Costs & payments
Any placement charge, electricity responsibility, subsidy, commission, minimum requirement, payment-processing arrangement, or reporting schedule belongs in the written agreement. JVS will confirm the costs and eligibility for your location before you commit.
For card issues, share purchase details rather than full card credentials.
4. Changes & ending service
The location agreement sets the start date, duration, renewal, notice process, and cancellation terms. Product and equipment changes should be coordinated with the location contact.
Removal access, timing, costs, final payments, and responsibility for installation or removal damage should be agreed in writing. Review those arrangements with JVS before the agreement begins.
5. Machine purchases
Machine sales use a separate written quote or sales agreement identifying the actual unit, condition, configuration, total price, delivery, acceptance, warranty, and any return terms. Managed stocking or repair coverage is included only if stated.
6. Your written agreement
This page is an overview, not a substitute for your signed agreement or applicable law. Changes to this website do not change an existing signed agreement.
