SERVICE TERMS

How our
agreements work.

A plain overview of how we set up vending at a location and how machine sales work. Your signed location agreement or sales quote sets the actual terms.

This page is an overview. Your signed agreement or sales quote is what counts.

1. Placement & access

Your written agreement names the location, the machine, who owns it, who installs it, and where it goes. It also covers safe and accessible placement, power, permission from the property, and any cost to get the spot ready. When we look at a site, we check floor space, the clearance the machine needs, and that people can reach the buttons and the pickup door.

Nobody else should move, change or service our machines without our permission. Any exclusive arrangement has to be agreed in writing.

2. Products & service

For machines we run, the agreement covers stocking, cleaning, repairs, the visit schedule and who to contact. We set the product mix, prices and payment options for each location, and what’s available can change.

School products are checked against nutrition rules and campus requirements. Ingredient and allergy information is on each product’s package.

To report a problem or a failed purchase, call (281) 830-5548 with the location, date, amount and what happened. We review refund requests and tell you what happens next. Any response times we promise go in your location agreement.

3. Costs & payments

Any placement charge, who pays for electricity, any subsidy, commission or minimum, how card payments are handled, and how often you get reports all go in the written agreement. We confirm the costs and whether your location qualifies before you commit.

If you have a card problem, share the purchase details, never your full card number.

4. Changes & ending service

The agreement sets the start date, how long it runs, renewal, notice and how to cancel. Changes to products or machines are worked out with the location’s contact.

Removal access, timing, costs, final payments, and who’s responsible for any damage from installing or removing a machine should be agreed in writing before the agreement starts.

5. Machine purchases

Machine sales use a separate written quote or sales agreement that names the actual machine, its condition and setup, the total price, delivery, inspection and acceptance, warranty, and any return terms. Stocking or repair service is only included if the quote says so.

6. Your written agreement

This page is an overview. It doesn’t replace your signed agreement or the law, and changes to this website don’t change an agreement you’ve already signed.
