What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts or sign-ins, and it doesn’t ask you for anything. We only get information when you contact us: your name, phone number or email, the location of a machine, and what you tell us about a problem, a refund, an order or a request. That includes requests an AI assistant sends or prepares for you.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, fix machines, handle refunds, stock products, quote and sell machines, and run our agreements with the locations we serve. We may use business tools, including AI tools, to keep track of requests and reply faster.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t use advertising trackers, analytics or marketing cookies on this website.

Payments

Card payments at our machines are handled by the card reader’s payment company, not by this website. If you buy a machine from us, payment goes through our payment processor. We will never ask for your full card number, PIN or security code by phone, text or email.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us run the business, like our phone, email, payment and website providers, and only to do that work. We’ll also share information if the law requires it.

Website hosting

Our hosting provider may log basic technical information, like your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect this website.

Children

This website is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (281) 830-5548. We may need to confirm who you are first.
