Managed vending means you get a machine in your building without having to run it. We bring the machine, stock it, and fix it.
Start with the people who use it.
A school hallway, a hospital break room and an office lounge all need different things. Before picking a machine, think about who’ll use it, how busy it gets, and what people actually want.
Healthier choices can sit right next to the usual favorites. For schools, check the campus rules on snacks first.
Know what’s included.
Ask who delivers and installs it, who decides what goes inside, how restocking works, and who fixes it. When we place and run a machine, we handle the stocking and repairs.
Costs depend on the location, and everything goes in a written agreement: charges, who does what, and how long it runs.
Reporting a problem.
Keep the location and machine number handy. Tell us what happened and when, so we know whether to bring more stock, send someone out, or help you over the phone.
A few questions before you start.
- Does the spot have enough room, a way in, and an outlet?
- Which products fit the people using the machine?
- What payment equipment will it have?
- How should staff report a problem or ask for a change?
